La Torretta is a small, fully renovated 3-Star Superior "jewel hotel", nestled in the greenery of the Bologna hills, a short distance from the Parco delle Terme health spa, established in 1870, and the renowned Le Fonti golf club at Castel San Pietro Terme.
The property is managed by Daniele Ditta, a master chef of the International Academy of Taste and a member of the Pizza Academy in Rome. He is a well-known restaurateur from Bologna and the owner, along with Massimiliano Poggi, a renowned chef at the "Al Cambio" restaurant in Bologna.
After a long career in the hospitality and restaurant industry both in Italy and abroad, he decided to create this small retreat, an ideal destination for those seeking a dining experience and a relaxing break a half-hour drive away from Bologna, the Emilia region′s main city, and 20 minutes to Imola.
